Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, Tj&Co. offers a 7-day return and exchange policy, subject to the terms below:

1. Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by the customer.

• All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Process

• The product should be shipped to our office/warehouse address:
  494 Karim Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: Customers may exchange the item for a different size or product (subject to availability). If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Accessories may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

5. Our Commitment

At Tj&Co., we strive to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If any mistake occurs on our part (wrong item, size, or damaged on delivery), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a quick resolution.
