  • Deliveries to remote areas may take longer depending on courier availability.

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (e.g., on orders above a certain amount).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • For COD orders, customers must pay the courier before opening the parcel.

  • Failure to accept or pay for COD parcels may result in restrictions on future orders.

5. Prepaid Orders

  • For prepaid orders, the courier may request proof of payment (such as a confirmation message or receipt).

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

  • Tj&Co. will not be liable for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • If an item arrives damaged, please report it within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel.
