  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payments via approved payment methods.

  • For COD orders, parcels must be paid for in full before opening.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver orders promptly; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, strikes, or public holidays).

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the provided address.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
